I had a great experience at Moe’s Tires and Auto Repair. I came in thinking I already had the correct parts for my back brakes, which were in really bad shape, but unfortunately I had the wrong parts. Carlos was extremely kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. He quickly ordered the correct parts for me and made me feel very comfortable while I waited. Since I don’t know much about cars, I really appreciated how clearly and professionally he explained everything. Once the parts came in, the team jumped right on the job and got everything done efficiently. Overall, I was very happy with my visit and the service they provided. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone looking for honest and reliable service. ~ Monica

I drove over to Moe's tire shop because of an issue my vehicle. Every time put my foot on the brakes the entire truck would have a slight shake when coming to a stop. The mechanic gave it a once over and showed me that the suspension was the issue, and that replacing the shocks would help rectify the issue. I left it with them for a few hours and then recieved a text message stating that the job was done and that the vehicle was ready for pickup. Immediatly after test driving it, I could tell that the shaking feeling it had before was gone, and that I found a really good auto shop in the neighborhood that I could trust. The place is clean, organized and very welcoming. 2 thumbs up for Moes!! ~ Antonio A

Moe's tires saved my vacation. The plan was to leave work Friday, go home to pick up my luggage and supplies and head out that night. However as I get into my car, am welcomed with a low tire pressure warning. After recovering from a mild freak out, I start driving and head for my usual tire place. They're closed. I head to one nearby, but they turn me away. My brother recommends Moe's so I head there next. They had a few customers in front of me but no more than 40 minutes later I'm back on the road. The staff at Moe's were all very personable and helpful. The service was quick and efficient despite having as many as 6 customers at once either in process or arriving for service. What a great experience I had with this tire shop! I had a puncture on my front right tire on my Tesla Model Y AWD. I've gone to three different shops including a know brand Big O'Tires. They all said my tire is un-repairable and that i have to reolace it. Considering it is an AWD and a Tesla, they recommended to replace all tires when it still have 45% thread life left. So i walked out. I drove around and found Moe's Tires. The staff was very welcoming, very knowledgeable about their craft and not like every other tire shop that just always want to upsell you to buy new tires. In no time, my tire was repaired and they got me back on the road. Thank you Moe's Tires. ~ James H

These guys are the best in San Francisco there open untill 8pm I showed up ten min till close and they had two used tires for reasonable price don't go no where else because ya might not get no tires you guys are the bomb your tires roll hardcore and I'm rolling down and around the bay yahooooo ! Highly recommend this tire shop because they made it happen at close ! No ody does that but Moe's tire shop located 10 min away from the airport !!! You won't regret your time spent or your money spent guaranteed!! My TPMS light had been going off for a while, and I later realized it wasn’t a tire pressure issue — it was the sensor. I got two used rear tire installed at a tire shop in Vacaville for 200 dollars on Sunday well Monday my daughter calls me and said the tire is on a flat so I drive to her job and air the tire up and we go to firestone and another tire shop because it was 5:30 it was to late so I looked in Google maps and found Moe's tire so we drove there and they inspected both rear tires and both was bad one had a side wall small hole which the Vacaville tire shop if they would have water leak tested after would have seen the hole ,so I asked it they had two rear tires for the lexus 200 and they was instock and good price I was in and out guick the service was 5 star and will be going back soon. ~ Antoine

Hands down the best mechanics experience I have ever had. Jose is amazing, talked with me throughout the whole tire repair and switch up. Gave me advice for my soon trip to Mexico and life goal plans. Showed me how to unmount and mount a tire and overall inspired me by reminding me that people are inherently good and to be happy you must do what feel good to you. I legit felt like I was working on my truck in the garage with my pops. On top of all of this awesomeness the prices were hands down the best in town. I highly recommend coming here and if you are unsure about how to change a tire or how to tell if there's a flat feel free to ask, Jose will gladly show you. ~ Dottie J

Got unlucky and found TWO SCREWS in my front-left tire. I did a diy hole plug after removing them, but read that's not a permanent solution and I needed an internal patch. Ugh. No answer from two Costcos so I looked up local spots. This one stood out for good reviews and is close to me. So gave a quick ring - and they answered. Wild. What stood out when I got there was staff friendliness, relatively low time commitment, and price. I really didn't have any complaints from the service received. For my tire size I paid $45 for both punctures. That sure beats the price of two or more tires. 10/10 - would go again. ~ Joseph S

Those guys are awesome. I had a four-wheel complete alignment service on my 2002 Lexus ES300. I called over 10 auto shops, and these guys had the best price. What’s more, they were super caring. They informed me of a small broken part under the chase and offered to remove it for me to prevent unintended damage, and also explained the burning smell I had since a piece of plastic bag got stuck on the exhaust pipe. Very professional and customer centered! I have had my car serviced in many auto shops from the east coast to the west coast, and these guys are definitely among the best. Imagine buying tires and leaving with a big smile on your face. Who knew? I bought two tires for each of our two cars about a week apart, plus wheel alignment for one of them. No appointment, drove straight into the bay both time, zero minutes' wait; tires installed in MAYBE 15 minutes, max. More like 10 or12. The mechanic doing the aligment didn't object to my hanging around and watching every step, and was very helpful explaining exactly what he was doing and how it worked. So that was interesting--learned something new. While the car was up on the rack he also reattached to some loose loose plastic fairing under the engine, for no charge. The prices were the lowest I could find anywhere, and the service was absolutely impeccable--many times faster than your standard chain like Big O or America's, or Costco. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, and I know where I'm going to get my tires from now on. ~ Matt O

Lifesavers! Due to the storm I was waiting for tow truck on the freeway to arrive for over 4 hours. Called Moe's Tires at 7:45pm - 15 mins before they closed the shop. They organized someone to come to me, took the tire off the car and to the shop, fixed the tire, brought it back, put it back on and I was on my way. Less than an hour and only $215. Not to mention they went well over their working hours on a Friday night. I should have called them right away instead of waiting for towing on the freeway. Great service, communication and price! If you are in the nearby and in need of a tire service don't wait - just give them a call. ~ Mitja S

I'm no mechanic but I felt my car driving different, I decided to grab a coffee and get my tire changed. After speaking to the nice man (whose name I didn't get ) he informed me that I was going to need all new tires and an ailment. I decided to take the experts advise and my car feels so much safer and sturdy. I was really driving around the bay with scary bald tires. I felt the prices where fair and I feel like these are honest people. I drive in from SF and highly recommend, because he was able to get me right away, the wait was shorter then anticipated and I am overall very satisfied with the results. ~ Mercy C

I ran over some debris in the middle of 101 and noticed something had come loose under the car. I pulled over and it was a plastic cover so I figured it would be an easy job. After searching and getting turned down by two other auto shops with ridiculous excuses I was greeted by Moes staff immediately after arrival. She asked the mechanics and to my shock started working on it immediately. They were busy and there were numerous cars in the shop but she could see that I was distraught and needed to be somewhere. They have a variety of used tires in stock! After calling 28 different shops around SF, trying to find something closer, no one had my size, so I started calling around South SF, & Moes said "no problem, come on in". I explained my situation & limited funds & they worked with me! Someone had slashed my tires. Had to wait an hour or so because they were busy, but it's the holiday weekend, so that's to be expected. There's a little waiting area with chairs, so you don't have to stand around. If you're on a tight budget, used tires are the best way to go & they have a wider variety than most places! ~ Knute L

I called about 7 other tire shops throughout Daly City, South City and San Bruno trying to find someone that was able to accommodate me being that this was on a Friday around 430pm. No other shops had my tire size(255/70/R17) in stock besides Moe’s. They were working on a few cars when I showed up which explains the lengthy wait time but other than that it was a great experience! There’s also a deli shop next door which is convenient if you get hungry while waiting for your car. Great prices and great people! Have been to Moe's Tires a couple of times to purchase front tires, and once for a tire repair on one of the back tire. I have NOT had to wait long each time I went, but no harm calling to see if they are very busy that day. They are very helpful, fast service, reasonable priced tires, and great customer service. The customer are in and out in a reasonable time. They have an inside waiting room and also a nice sitting area outside. Next door is a sandwich place if you need to grab some food. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends and family. ~ Elaine T

Called into moes tires in need of tire rotation and flat repair they told me to come in same day. I arrived with car and 30 minutes later was on my way out. Moes tires definitely exceeded my expectations thought I was going to have to schedule for at least a week out. That was not the case. Moes tires took very good care of my car and the workers on site were very kind & respectful. Decent prices too. Will definitely be coming back. They had a nice waiting room with complimentary iced water, that was nice to have since it was warm outside. Thanks again Moes tires ~ Dom A

This place was absolutely fabulous !! Needed new brakes and a tire patched ASAP. Being from out of town and not knowing the area, I found this place by reviewing different places on the net. I took a shot and boy were the reviews spot on. They did a great job with excellent service at a fair price. They seem like they are family owned and noticed every employee was hardworking and paid attention to detail. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and super sweet. Anymore work that is needed with my vehicle and they get my service. 5 stars from me!! ~ Steven B

Fantastic experience at Moe's! Agundis is normally our place to go for anything tire related but their limited hours now have pushed us to look elsewhere. I called Moe's on a Friday to see if there were any appointments for the following Saturday morning and the super friendly woman on the phone said yes. We decided to bring both of our cars in, one for a leaky tire and one for an alignment. Despite being shorthanded and only having one mechanic on duty, they immediately got to work on the car that needed the patch and 45 minutes later it was done. They found a tiny screw that was embedded in the tire that we couldn't see because it was so deep. We had to bring our other car down to the alignment shop at 1266 San Mateo Ave, just two minutes down the road. The alignment took almost two hours but we walked around downtown San Bruno so it was no problem. Prices are more than reasonable. The staff are friendly, communicative, and thorough. We've definitely found our new tire place! ~ Allison F

Got a flat, called Moe's and they told me to come in and they would fix it. I bought the warranty when I had all 4 tires replaced back in May so it was FREE! The guys at the shop are hella chill. My Kia dealership tried to charge me over $1,000 and wait to get my tires in. When I told them I was going to Moe's, they tried to scare me by telling me they care about my safety and that I should trust them instead of taking my car to another shop. They are respectful,kind and fast what more can you ask for. ~ Molly S

I stopped by on a Friday right after work for a 4 wheel mount + balance for my tires + a 4 wheel alignment(I had coilovers installed a week before)+ full synthetic oil change. They are a first come first serve, were busy at the time and still took my car in. Finished after 8pm, which is their closing time(they wanted to do the alignment correctly, no cutting corners). Many thanks to Ali and his crew for getting everything done in such a short time. Excellent service and the price was fair. Highly recommend. ~ Richard T
